Meet Hayley…

Calm, Compassionate, and Grounded in Lived Experience

I’m Hayley – a psychology student (currently trained to DipHE level) and a counsellor-in-training. I offer reflective, non-clinical support for women navigating emotional overwhelm, burnout, scattered thoughts, or identity shifts.

My work also resonates deeply with those exploring late or self-diagnosed ADHD, masking, or simply trying to make sense of the noise in their head.

I founded Someone2TalkTo because I know how isolating it can feel when you’re holding everything together on the outside but falling apart inside. I also know how life-changing it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and held – without pressure to fix, explain, or perform.
My practice is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework and shaped by my own journey through ADHD, PTSD, masking, and the long path of self-reconnection.

My Approach: Calm, Reflective Support – No Diagnosis Needed

Whether you’re burned out, overwhelmed, unravelling after years of masking, or simply need someone to talk to – this space is here for you.
I offer calm, non-judgemental support rooted in counselling skills, psychology training, and lived experience. You don’t need a diagnosis, a plan, or the right words. Just a willingness to be heard… and that’s where we begin.

What Support Looks Like at Someone2TalkTo

Many women and AFAB individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, burned out, or mentally scattered often struggle to find spaces where they feel truly seen. That’s why this space exists – to offer grounded, reflective support you can actually access and feel safe in.

I offer calm, confidential 1:1 sessions where you can talk openly about whatever’s on your mind. This isn’t therapy, and it’s not about fixing you, it’s a space to simply be, speak, and breathe.

Together, we gently unpack the noise, reflect on what matters, and begin the quiet work of reconnection – at your own pace, with no judgement.
Whether you’re navigating late-diagnosed ADHD, unmasking, or just feeling lost in the chaos of life, this is a place to sit, pause, and be heard.
