Whether you’re burned out, overwhelmed, unravelling after years of masking, or simply need someone to talk to – this space is here for you.
I offer calm, non-judgemental support rooted in counselling skills, psychology training, and lived experience. You don’t need a diagnosis, a plan, or the right words. Just a willingness to be heard… and that’s where we begin.

While I’m here to support your emotional wellbeing, Someone2TalkTo is not a crisis service or a replacement for therapy. This UK service is here to let talk to someone; to download, unpack and ground your dysregulation.
I offer reflective, non-clinical support grounded in counselling skills, psychology training, and lived experience. My practice is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework and remains within the boundaries of my current qualifications.
